Exflo Terms of Service

Effective: May 15, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Exflo ("Service"), an AI-powered financial management platform developed by PT Amanah Karya Perdana ("We"). By using this Service, you agree to the following terms.

2. Merchant of Record

For international payments (USD), transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, refunds, and tax compliance for international transactions. For domestic payments (IDR), transactions are processed by Midtrans (PT Midtrans).

3. Service Description

Exflo provides:

  • Automated financial transaction recording via WhatsApp
  • AI Advisor for cashflow analysis and savings recommendations
  • Balance Forecast for 30/60/90 days
  • Two-way debt/receivable tracking
  • Financial reports (PDF/Excel/CSV)
  • Budget and financial goal management

4. Service Limitations

  • AI Advisor is not a licensed financial advisor
  • Forecasts are predictions based on historical data, not guarantees
  • WhatsApp Bot is for transaction recording only, not a general chatbot
  • Generated reports are not official tax documents

5. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per individual
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed via Paddle (USD) or Midtrans (IDR)
  • Upgrades take effect immediately with proration (Paddle) or full price (Midtrans)
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period

7. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page
  • Premium feature access continues until the end of the paid period
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the Basic (free) plan

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Financial losses resulting from decisions based on AI recommendations
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Data loss due to user negligence

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications.
